Booking

We speak with every guest before booking. After a call, we send a private booking link to confirm your week. There is no public checkout on this site.

Cancellation

We strongly recommend travelers insurance that lets you cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. We can point you to a policy at trawickinternational.com. We talk through cancellation details with you on a call before you book.

Weather and force majeure

Sailing routes are subject to weather. We may reroute, shorten, or extend a leg of the voyage at our sole discretion to ensure safety. If a tropical system, hurricane, government restriction, or other force majeure event forces the cancellation of an entire voyage, we will issue a full refund or rebook you for a future week of your choice. We are not responsible for weather-related itinerary changes that fall short of voyage cancellation.

Guest conduct

The crew has full authority over guest conduct aboard. Behavior that endangers the boat, the crew, or other guests - including intoxication that requires intervention or aggressive disregard of safety briefings - is grounds for disembarkation at the next safe port without refund. We have not had to invoke this rule and do not expect to.

Travel documents

Each guest is responsible for valid passports, visas, and any health-related entry documentation required at the embarkation port. We are not responsible for missed departures due to document issues at immigration.

Insurance

Guest trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal medical care are not covered by us - for those, please carry travel insurance. We can refer a broker.

Photography

Photos taken aboard by the crew or host may occasionally be used in marketing. Tell us at the start of the week if you do not want to appear in any image we share; we will respect that unconditionally.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, the operator's place of business.
