Privacy policy.

We collect the information you send us when you inquire about a voyage, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter. That includes your name, email, phone (if you share it), preferred travel dates, party size, and any notes you write us. We use it to reply to your inquiry, confirm availability, and send the email sequences you opt into. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

• Contact info you submit through our inquiry, newsletter, or call-booking forms
• Trip preferences you share (week, party size, dietary needs, notes)
• Chat and voice assistant interactions: messages you type in the on-site chat, and any name, email, or phone number you share with the chat or voice assistant
• Anonymous traffic data via Plausible - cookie-less analytics with no personal identifiers
• Advertising activity via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, but only while we are running Facebook or Instagram ads (see Advertising below)

Where it lives

Form submissions are sent server-side to our CRM (GoHighLevel, operated by Dodie's business account). Our analytics platform is Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and stores aggregated traffic data only.

Our on-site chat widget and the click-to-call assistant are powered by GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), the same CRM. Anything you type in the chat, or share with the chat or voice assistant, is processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf as a third-party processor. The chat widget also sets its own cookies in your browser so the chat can load and run.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your dismissal of the newsletter strip. Our chat widget, powered by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), sets its own cookies so the chat can load, run, and keep track of your conversation. Plausible analytics is cookie-less by design. When we are running Facebook or Instagram advertising, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may set cookies such as _fbp to measure ad performance, as described under Advertising below. Aside from these, we do not set additional tracking cookies.

Advertising

At times we run advertising on Facebook and Instagram. During those periods the site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which reports page visits and inquiry submissions to Meta so we can measure and improve those ads. This involves cross-site tracking and may set cookies in your browser. We do not load the Pixel when no campaign is active. You can opt out through your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, your browser's cookie controls, or industry tools like aboutads.info/choices. Opting out does not affect your ability to inquire or book.

Security

Forms post over HTTPS. CRM credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables on Cloudflare Pages and rotated annually. We do not store payment information on the site - any payment runs through a third-party processor and we never see your card number.

Updates to this policy

If we change the policy materially, we'll update the date at the top and email anyone who has an active record with us.
