Welcome to Guiding Winds Unplug, LLC. By booking a charter with us, you (the "Guest" or "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking and Payment

Reservation: A booking is only confirmed once a non refundable deposit of $500 has been received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

GoHighLevel Payments: All payments processed through our website are secured. Any failed payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your time slot.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations: * Cancellations made 90 days before the trip: Full refund minus a $500 deposit fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip: No refund.

Weather Cancellations: The Captain has the sole discretion to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning). In this event, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Note: We do not cancel for light rain or overcast skies.

3. Safety and Conduct

Captain’s Authority: The Captain is in full command of the vessel. Guests must follow all safety briefings and instructions. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

Illegal Substances: We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs. If found, the charter will end immediately, the vessel will return to the dock, and no refund will be issued.

Alcohol: Responsible consumption is permitted for guests of legal age. The Captain reserves the right to cut off service or return to the dock if a guest becomes a safety risk.

4. Liability & Damages

Liability Waiver: All guests must sign a separate Liability Release and Assumption of Risk form before boarding.

Damage to Vessel: The primary booker is responsible for any damage caused to the catamaran by the guest party beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., upholstery burns, clogged heads due to improper use, or broken equipment).

5. Itinerary and Duration

Timing: Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure. We cannot extend the charter time if you arrive late, as it impacts subsequent bookings.

Routes: While we strive to meet all destination requests, the Captain may alter the route based on tide, wind, or sea conditions.

6. Media Release

By participating in the charter, you consent to Guiding Winds Unplug, LLC using photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes on social media or our website, unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to departure.

7. Other:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 561-305-5116. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive [message frequency]. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

9.This use case allows customers to schedule an appointment with a travel consultant to discuss and plan their vacation. The appointment can be booked through a website form, booking calendar, or customer portal.
